The Carl Mertens Taglio Meat Knife is a hollow handled knife made from 18/10 stainless steel. Carl Mertens high quality guarantees a balanced weight distribution and a perfect transition from the handle to the forged blade. The hollow handle is filled with iron cement which keeps this knife, like all knives in this collection, in perfect balance.
