Opinel "Les Forgés 1890" Bread Knife

Delicious, crusty bread is a treat for the taste buds but slicing it can be a challenge.
This bread knife features a stainless steel blade with a serrated edge which makes it easier to cut bread and baguette as well as hard fruits such as melons and pineapples. Another practical feature is the full-tang blade which extends to the end of the knife and into the ergonomically shaped handle made of unvarnished beech wood. It gives the knife excellent stability and balance thus enabling optimal cutting results.
