Description

The famous "Tarte Tatin" is the French alternative to a classic apple pie! This dish is made with delicious caramelised fruit. The Tarte Tartin pan is made of high-quality, oven-safe Flame®-Keramik that can also be used directly on the stove to caramelise the sugar. After that, you can drop the rest of the ingredients directly into the pan and place it right in the oven. To serve, put the lid on the dish and turn it over - voila! The outer edge keeps the liquid caramel from leaking out. The ceramic is scratch and shock resistant and can be used with any serving accessories.
