Care instructions:
- To prevent the surface from drying out, oil the clean and dry cutting board regularly
- Use food grade oil
Cleaning instructions:
- Hand wash only. Not dishwasher safe
- Rub coarse salt with half a lemon onto the wood (cleans & removes odours).
- Rinse thoroughly afterwards with hot and then cold water.
- Let it dry out in an upright position in an airy place
