In brief:

With the höfats MOON 55 Plancha, the millennia-old tradition of cooking on fire-heated cast iron is brought back to life. The closed plancha ring is simply placed on the fire bowl and makes optimum use of the intense heat from a wood or pellet fire. Whether crisp vegetables, tender meat or seafood, the high-quality enamel coating allows a wide range of dishes to be prepared with little fat and outstanding flavour.

The well-designed construction with integrated three-point support guarantees maximum stability while grilling. The lowered edge reliably prevents fat or food from going over the rim, while the generous opening in the centre keeps the atmospheric flames in view. This grill attachment combines culinary variety with genuine outdoor enjoyment.
