Description
The adapter for induction plates was developed by Bialetti to enable the use of the Bialetti aluminium stovetop espresso makers on induction hobs as well.
- Suitable for Bialetti espresso makers with a size of up to 6 cups
- Plate made of stainless steel
- Handle made of heat-resistant borosilicate
- Ø 13 cm
- Length incl. handle approx. 25.5 cm
How to use:
- Place the adapter plate on the induction hob.
- Place the Bialetti stovetop espresso maker (filled with water and coffee grounds) on the plate.
- Turn it on to medium heat.
- Turn it off once the coffee is ready and remove the espresso maker from the adapter plate.

Operating Instructions:
- Do not leave it unattended during operation
- Do not use abrasives while cleaning
- The plate can be washed in the dishwasher, but hand washing is recommended

After a kitchen refurb, found that many of my pots and pans and Bialetti coffee pot were not recognised by my new hob. Very annoying1 However, after an intensive search found this wonderful product which works perfectly with my coffee pot and pan up to 20"
