Sarah Wiener and Riess met up, they created this kitchen gem! The beautiful chocolate / pistachio colours look beautiful and the pan produces a wonderfully crunchy cake edge!
You don't have to worry about carefully extracting the cake from the pan as it is especially scratch-resistant. The enamel is flavour-neutral and therefore does not hinder the wonderful flavour of your freshly baked cake.
The wonderful heat conduction of the iron core creates delightfully crunch cake edges. It is easy to clean as the smooth, pore-free surface is made of glass. With proper care, the pan is long-lasting. It can also be used by people with nickel allergies without any cause for concern.

- After heating, quickly reduce the heat.
- Gently wash and then clean with a scouring cream and a soft sponge or brush.
