The mould surface is made of die-cast aluminium to ensure a clean cut. The handles are made of solid wood with a laser-engraved, waxed surface. - High resistance to surface wear
- A slight pressure on the mould is enough to seal the dough edges perfectly
Cleaning instructions:
The moulds are made of food grade materials and can be easily wiped clean with a cloth or a brush. Not suitable for the dishwasher.
