Feuerhand PYRON Grill Plancha

A regular grill grate is impractical to grill smaller food items. The solution is a plancha plate - it is made of a special steel that heats up quickly and intensely and creates different temperature zones. This results in a suitable grilling area for every type of food. The removable cooking attachment makes it possible to prepare food and hot drinks in a pot too.

→Note: The plancha plate needs to be seasoned before first use. Also, it will arch a little when heated for the first time and may need to be turned depending on whether it arches upwards or downwards. Please read the instructions for more information.

Care:

• Clean with hot water after each use and remove food residues with a sponge or spatula
• Avoid using dish soap to preserve the patina
• Dry thoroughly after cleaning and then rub in some cooking oil that can withstand high temperatures (to prevent rusting)
