Birkmann Rolled Fondant

Birkmann's fondant has a wonderfully soft and supple consistency so it is easy to use and is ideal for decorating. The fondant is mainly used for decorating cakes or for modeling and shaping different decorations for cupcakes, cookies and muffins. Create flowers, patterns and figures or paint the fondant with food colouring for versatile decorations.

Application:

• Leave the fondant at room temperature for a while to let it soften.
• Knead it well and roll it out on a non-stick surface.

Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, palm oil, cottonseed oil, thistle oil, sunflower oil, vegetable fats (shea nut, illipe), water, moisturizing agents (E422), stabilizers (E466, E407, E412), modified starch (corn), acidulants (E330) (E160a), flavor, preservatives (E202)

May contain traces of eggs, milk and peel fruits.
